With Matilde G taking center stage and featuring Feez. and AE$OP CA$H, this live showcase is not to be missed!
Zendyll Music Agency and Sweden-based music company The Kennel AB band together to present a live showcase of emerging acts in Singapore.
Happening on 4 June at *SCAPE The Ground Theatre, the performance features headlining act Matilde G. After that, a hotly-anticipated Hip-Hop afterparty by HVT Entertainment with rapper AE$OP CA$H and R&B singer-songwriter Feez.
Matilde G is no stranger to performing. With the passion for singing and songwriting running through her veins since young, she presents strong vocals that stirs up profound responses amongst her listeners. This Singapore-based Italian singer-songwriter has been in many singing competitions — KWC Singapore, Tour Music Fest, Video Festival Live and notably in Singapore’s Got Talent.
For her first live show in a while, Matilde G will be performing a medley of covers and original songs. The crowd can expect to hear ‘Doorbell’ which has over 1.2 million streams on Spotify as well as her latest release ‘Digging for Diamonds’, a touching and hard-hitting song about a complicated relationship. So for those who can relate, drop by to experience how complicated love can be expressed in the sounds of Pop.
As for the HVT afterparty, it’s going to be a rad one with both Feez. andAE$OP CA$H keeping the flames dancing since their performances at Majulah Live x It’s A Rap.
Feez., a Canadian-born singer-songwriter with Singaporean roots, comes from a musically-inclined family. In 2019, his cousin and producer Dan Rafaael ignited his music career, and Feez. has been gaining momentum ever since. The rising talent gives a style that marries modern day musical influences — the likes of Drake, Chris Brown and Ty Dolla $ign — with cultural roots by embracing the beautiful language of Bahasa Melayu.
And on the other side of the stage stands one of the most polarising figures in Singapore’s burgeoning Hip-Hop scene, AE$OP CA$H. This relentless and driven artiste released his first track in 2016 on Soundcloud and has went on to perform at Baybeats, Music Matters, i Light Marina Bay, Esplanade’s All Things New and more. Taking the rap sound here by storm, AE$OP CA$H has also appeared on YouTube series ‘16 Baris’ by rapper Joe Flizzow as well as performed at multiple clubs in Singapore and Malaysia like Zouk and Wa(v)y live party.
The duo will be putting out covers, unreleased tracks and newest releases, including ‘Lights Out’ by Feez. as well as ‘Kilt’ and ‘In The Night’ by AE$OP CA$H.
